There's Still Time to Play With Sketch 127!

Same day ... 4th card ... This one is for Pals Paper Arts color challenge (Rose Red, So Saffron, and Wild Wasabi) and Freshly Made Sketches for the sketch challenge.  It has been a great day for me.  It started with church which was awesome.  Then, except for taking care of lunch and supper for hubby and son and doing the dishes, the rest of my day was all about "stampin" and I've entered 8 challenges.  I can't remember a day that I had this much time to stamp and create.  But, back to work tomorrow after spring break from my university teaching job.  :-)

SUO Challenges #92, Pinks and Purples

OK, it's not Spring yet.  But we're hearing lots of reports of flowers peeking up through the snow all over in the northern hemisphere.  While these are flowers of all colors, our favorite this time of the hear are the pinks and purples – so spring-y!   Your challenge this time is to make a card or other papercrafted project that highlights Stampin' Up! pinks and/or purples.  Focus on one of the colors or use both.  Once you have your project done, post a photograph of it on your blog or in any other open online gallery, and then add a link to our Link Tool at the bottom of this post. If you have any questions about linking your project or problems in creating the link, be sure to let the challenge coordinator, Robin Messenheimer, know.  We cheerfully help crafters out just about every challenge, so don't be bashful about asking for help!
Of course we have guidelines and they are detailed at the left and summarized below,, including the dates that this challenge is open.
Please remember this is an SUO (Stampin' Up! Only) challenge.  Projects using non-SU! images, paper, embellishments, etc., will be removed.  We also ask that you do not have advertisements for products (e.g., classes and subscription services) in your post.  Please respect our criteria.

Second card on same day!

The temperature is dropping, the snow is blowing harder.  It's supposed to be spring!  Oh, well, I decided to make and post another card.  This one is for the Colour Q Challenge (Black, Lucky Limeade, Kraft, Newsprint, & White) and Paper Craft Crew Challenge Sketch.  By the way, after looking at the sketch again and then my card, I may be dyslectic, but have decided it is gonna have to be OK the way it is.  For any of you that have not yet purchased the Stampin' Chalk Marker, you need one!  It's what I used to color the flowers white on the Crumb Cake card stock.  It works great!

Mojo Monday Winners

CCMC294 - Color Challenge

Aaaah...there is a little (and I would like to emphasize the word LITTLE) spring in the air!  We (Connie and Mary) have actually had a couple of nicer days with warmer temperatures.  What a pleasant break!  But *sigh* the weather is cold again today!
But we have TWO ways to warm you up today!  The first is a fun and (springy) color challenge and the other is we will be offering another Card "Create"tions!  WOOO HOOO!!!  Did you notice our fun new look?  Okay...how could you miss it!  LOL!!  We chose this fun look because Card "Create"tions is going to be BLOOMIN' full of card ideas!
